A pre-sliced summer sausage; our Heritage Summer Sausage is a mixture of beef and pork and semi-soft in texture. Mild cheeses like Cheddar, Colby Jack, Monterrey, Gouda, Muenster and Pepper Jack are delicious sausage accompaniments. Mild crackers such as saltines or toasted crackers all pair well. Rolls, dried fruits, and nuts also complement this type of sausage.
